We are sad to announce that on November 14, 2019, at the age of 46, Cathy Richards (Scottsburg, Indiana), born in Bloomington, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, Charles L. Young and Barbara Young (Padgett); her daughter Billie Kepner of Elwood; her grandchildren, Autumn Farris, Oliver Williams and Nevaeh Smith; and her sisters, Christina Fiscus of Loogootee and Chelsey (Jason Lane) of Gosport. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home.
