He was predeceased by : his parents, Henry Reardon and Loretta Grace Reardon (Kelley); his wife Phyllis Ann Reardon (Ely); his daughters, Sherry Lynn Reardon and Tami E. Shouse; his stepmother Mona Reardon; his half-sister Wanda Huber; and his stepsister Susie Bixler.

He is survived by : his daughter Lori C. Embry (Russ) of Scottsburg, Indiana; his grandson Joseph Courtney; and his sister-in-law Rita Masnick of Scottsburg, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
