It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David Keith (Scottsburg, Indiana), born in Milton, Kentucky, who passed away on January 17, 2019, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Keith and Bernice Keith (Thompson); his stepson Sammy McCane; his brothers, Edward Keith and Wendall Keith; and his great grandchild Laynie.

He is survived by: his wife Donna Keith of Greenfield, Indiana; his children, Adam Keith (Shana) of Greenfield, Tara Keith of Boston, Sasha Keith Backus (Jeff) of Madison and Robyn Keith of Nineveh, Indiana; his stepchildren, Jimmy McCane, Mark McCane, Michael McCane, Toby Gilleland, Davey Lopez and Dianna Hawkins; and his siblings, Clayton Keith of Newport News, Dan Keith of Hanover, Larry Keith of Sanders, Kentucky and Peggy Keith Hawkins of Carrollton, Kentucky. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
