He is survived by: his parent Ethel Howell; his spouse Wanda Sue Howell (Weddell); his children, Judy Howell of Scottsburg, Debbie Blythe of Austin, Donna Barger of Austin, Kimberly Michelle Gabbard and Wilbur Howell of Scottsburg; his siblings, Kaythern Hunter of Lindon and John Howell of Salem; his daughter Janice Kennaly; his siblings, Jimmy Howell, Leon Howell, Melvin Howell, Tom Howell, Norma Gabbard and Beverely Ledford; and also, Betty Humphrey of Salem and Irven Howell of Michigan. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren, numerous great great grandchildren.
