With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helene Graham (Scottsburg, Indiana), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on March 4, 2018 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Geraldine Miller; her daughter Jesycka Brown; and her granddaughter Sophia Graham. She is survived by: her husband Mayor Bill Graham; her son Derrick Nowlin of Scottsburg; her stepsons, Billy Graham of Westfield, Johnny Graham of Westfield and David Graham (Lori) of Westfield; her father Hamon Miller of Florida; her siblings, Hamon Johnny Miller of Georgetown, Doyle G. Miller of Jackson, Marita Miller of North Vernon, Rhonda Napier of North Vernon and Vonda Niccum of North Vernon; her grandchild Nowlin Brown; her husband Rachel; her great grandchildren, Jacob and Landon; and also, Jonathan, Winter Rose, Elizabeth Nowlin, Summer, Misty, Billy, Michael, Tommy and Lilly Graham.
