She was predeceased by: her parents, Dillard Richardson and Josephine Mitchell Richardson; her husband Virgil J. Angel; her daughters, Shirley Turner Bowling and Susan Neace; her son-in-law Ralph Bowling; her stepdaughter Debra Angel Sawyer Dixon; her stepgranddaughter Crystal Dawn Newman; her grandsons, Henry Wayne Campbell and Walter Scott Bowman; and her siblings, Mildred Gross, Lola Richardson, Cecil Richardson, Douglas Richardson and Robert Richardson.
She is survived by: her former husband Wallace Turner, Sr.; her children, Barbara Beswick (Tom) of Scottsburg, Sharon Graw (Richard) of Lexington, Dianna Hunter (Steve) of Scottsburg, Marcella Campbell (Glenn) of Lexington, Indiana, Willard Turner (Dianne) of Scottsburg, Walter Turner (Debra) of Scottsburg and Wallace "Deach" Turner, Jr. (Mary) of Salem, Indiana; her sisters, Laura Jones of Lee County and Norma York of Lee County, Kentucky; and her sister-in-law Naomi Bausman of Lynchburg, Ohio. She is also survived by 40 great grandchildren; 4-great great grandchildren.
