He is survived by: his children, Phyllis Clayton and Lewis Barrett, Jr.; his sister Mary Ward; his sons-in-law, Jeff Mayhew and Lee Claxton; his grandchildren, Deanna Kline (Cabe) and Jordan Baxter (Brandi); his great grandchildren, Brooklynn Cole, Alexis Cole and Hunter Coomer; and his great great grandchildren, Allyah Cole, Makenna Baxter, Aubrie Kline, Marcel Reta, Carson Baxter and Hunter Coomer.
