She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Franklin Targonski and Darvin Wayne Hendrix. She is survived by: her daughters, Emily Ritter (Joseph) of Lafayette, IN and Taylor Whitehead of Scottsburg, IN; her granddaughter Delayna Ritter of Lafayette, IN; her brothers, Bradley Hendrix, Troy Hendrix, Richard Hendrix, Michael Hendrix and Richard Targonski; her parents-in-law, Lowell Whitehead and Kathy Whitehead; her sister-in-law Venita Whitehead Sterrett; and also Sue Hendrix (Lambert).
