He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sons, Paul Wynn of Scottsburg, Mark Wynn of Martinsburg and William T. Wynn of Martinsburg; and his mother Norma Jean Gibson of Salem. He was also cherished by his brothers and sisters and 6 grandchildren and one 1 great-grandchild.
