She is survived by: her husband Howard Shackelford; her children, Brian Straight (Ericka), Jeanie Varin and Deborah Parrish; her siblings, Glen Cramer (Jeanne), Charlene Blanchard (Melvin), Judy Davis (Ben) and Jon Flyte (Peggy); her sister-in-law Kathi Flyte; her grandchildren, Brant Parrish (Aubrey), Brett Parrish, David Lauer (Eve), Jonathan Lauer (Stephanie), Joseph Varin, Natasha Baird, Devin Baird, Damien Baird (Vanessa) and Derrick Straight; and her great grandchildren, Destiny Baird, Hudson Straight, Maraya Mohamedou, Zahara Mohamedou and Bruce Lauer.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Garr Funeral Home (7806 Hwy 311, Sellersburg, IN 47172). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at the Sellersburg Cemetery (253 S New Albany St, Sellersburg, IN 47172).
