She was predeceased by: her husband William A. Steele; her parents, Edgar Hayes Ferrebee and Bertha Leona Ferrebee; and her siblings, Walter "Jack" Ferrebee, Edgar "Steve" Ferrebee, Kathleen Ferrebee, Ivy Ferrebee, Norma Ferrebee, Sharon Wagaman, Leona Brown, Gretta Powell, Helen Hreha, Glenda Kelly and Gracie Alloway.
She is survived by: her children, Waitman Steele (Rhonda), Mark Steele (Brenda), Kent Steele (Catherine), Katherine Engel (Jay) and Laura Bauer (Robert). She is also survived by her 17 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
