He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Carmichael and Margaret Carmichael; and his grandson Austin Fish. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Carmichael; his daughters, Cari Boggs (Mike) and Amy Blair (Steve); his grandchildren, Hunter Boggs (Paige), Chase Boggs, Bryant Carmichael (Jessica) and JD Fish; his great grandchildren, Paislee Boggs, Brooklyn Thompson, Braxton Carmichael and Sawyer Carmichael; and his sister Joy Soladine. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
