She was predeceased by: her parents, Hattie Fisher Polk and Robert Kendal Polk; her husband Robert Dale Brittingham; her grandson-in-law Scott Hicks; and her siblings, Harold Polk and Ernestine Polk.
She is survived by: her son Alan Lee Brittingham (Carol) of Seymour, Indiana; her grandchildren, Michelle Hicks Ulrich (Aaron) of Louisville, Kentucky and Robert A. Brittingham (Karen) of Greer; and her great grandchildren, Caleb, Anna and Grant.
