Lois Thompson Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lois Thompson of Shelburn, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 3, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Hubert Hill and Jessie Hill (Mahan); her husband James Hobart Thompson (Big Jim); her daughter Teri Thompson Walters (late Bob); her grandchildren, Taylor Denyer (Stuart) and Robert Walters (Jordan); her sister Marjorie Hill Turpen (late Jack); Evelyn Denyer, Robert Walters and Adrian Walters.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Holmes Memorial Chapel (642 W Silver St, Sullivan, IN 47882). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
