She was predeceased by : her parents, Delbert Pittsenbarger and Mildred Pittsenbarger (Smith); her son Chris Waldsmith; her sister Janet Howell; and her stepson William J. Waldsmith.

She is survived by : her husband William "Bill" Waldsmith; her children, James Edward Waldsmith of Shelbyville and Leslie Ann Kent (Shawn) of Jacksboro, Texas; her stepdaughter Gina Kiner of Peru; her sisters, Betty Lyle (Charlie) of Fountaintown and Diane Branson (Mike) of Shelbyville; her grandchildren, Jessie Kent, JT Kent (Annie) and Emily Kent; her great grandchild Jasper Kent; and her stepgrandsons, Jeremy and Daniel.

Memorial donations may be made to Rays Crossing Christian Union Church in care of the funeral home.
