He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Zahnd and Esther Zahnd (Crandall); his brothers, Paul Zahnd, Joe Zahnd and Stephen Zahnd; and his nephews, Ryan Zahnd and Eric Zahnd.
He is survived by: his sister Patricia A. Proctor (Zahnd). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
