We are sad to announce that on April 15, 2024, at the age of 74, Elizabeth Turner of Shelbyville, Indiana, born in Bloomington, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, George Welch and Barbara Welch (Hazel); her adoptive mother Anna Elizabeth Low; and her brother Kenneth Jaco. She is survived by : her sons, Gary W. Turner (Eva) and Michael Turner (Andrea); her grandchildren, Alex W. Turner, Rylie Turner of Shelbyville and Ashlyn Turner of Shelbyville; her sisters, Dee Fox of Whiteland and Becky McDonald (Randy) of Columbia, SC.; and her nephew Chris McDonald. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
