She was predeceased by : her father-in-law George Harold Rupp; and her brother-in-law Timothy Scot Rupp. She is survived by : her parents, Paul A. Nieman and Mary Jo Nieman (Mauer); her children, Margaret Rose Rupp of Alaska, Elizabeth Lucille Rupp of Alaska, Mary Ruth Rupp of Alaska, George Arthur Rupp of Alaska and Thomas John Rupp of Alaska; her siblings, Lynn Marie Roberts (Nathan) of Greenwood, Megan Kathleen Nieman-Davis (Jeremy) of Lafayette, John Paul Nieman (Debbie) of St. Paul and Peter Joseph Nieman of Idaho Falls, Idaho; her mother-in-law Sharon Kay Rupp of Greensburg; and her siblings-in-law, John Arthur Rupp (Mary Elizabeth) of Columbus and Nicole Lynn Johannigman (William Carl) of Milhousen. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

A rosary was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 3:30 PM at the Freeman Family Funeral Homes (819 S Harrison St, Shelbyville, IN 46176). Visitation was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church (4218 E Michigan Rd, Shelbyville, IN 46176).
