She is survived by: her siblings, Desiree Higdon and James T. Higdon; her aunts and uncles, Bobby Scroggham, Sherry Redd (Jim), Terry Redd and Rita Hutcherson; and her nephews, Isiah Higdon and Andrew Wells.
