It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patricia L. Spillman of Shelbyville, Indiana, who passed away on December 10, 2025, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd E. Michaels and Betty May Michaels (Basey); her husband Gerald D. "Sonny" Spillman, Sr.; her children, Consuella Shirrell and Carrie Michaels; her siblings, Leroy Michaels and Cecilia Carmen; and her grandchildren, Austin Childers and Nevaeh Barrera.
She is survived by: her children, Gloria Brown (William) of Shelbyville, Tina Spillman of Shelbyville, Gerald "Jerry" Spillman Jr. (Julie) of Fort Wayne and David Michaels of Indianapolis; and her siblings, Nona Bell (Rick) of Kokomo, Steve Brown of Anderson and Mona Nipper of Indianapolis. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, and many great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Glenn E. George & Son Funeral Home (437 Amos Rd, Shelbyville, IN 46176). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Shelby County Cancer Association, in care of the funeral home.
