He is survived by: his wife Sheila Roberts; his children, Shari Gabbard (Scott) of Morristown and Rikk Palmer (Stephanie) of Cordova, Tennessee; his siblings, Russell Palmer (Janet) of Celina, Ohio, Joe Palmer (Carol) of Holt, Michigan and Glenda Wright (Bill) of California; his grandchildren, Abigail, Austin and Amelia "Emmy"; and his siblings' children, Kris, Elaine, Tony, Steve, Teresa, Amy, Andy, Brian, Eric and Julie.
