She is survived by: her brothers, Danny Blake of Henryville, IN, Jimmie Blake of Owensboro, KY and Ronnie Blake of Otisco, IN; her nephew Michael Boley (Heather); her great-nephews, Clay Boley (Destiny) and Tate Boley (Sierra); and also, Oliver and Everett Boley.
