Everitt of Shipshewana, IN; his children, Jace Easton Everitt and Lakota Jo Rose Everitt; his father Joe, Sr. Everitt; his stepmother Sharon Everitt of North Venice, FL; his stepchildren, Jared Todd Hunter of Howe, IN, Julie Marie Knepp (Eric) of Shipshewana, IN and Grant Taylor Hunter (Brittany) of LaGrange, IN; his grandchildren, Colton Knepp, Strait Knepp, Elijah Knepp, Gensen Hunter, Henry Hunter, Lyla Hunter and Jillian Hunter; his sisters, Terri Everitt of Indianapolis, IN and Dawn; his daughter Jalinn Erin Everitt; and his brother Robert J. Everitt.

Memorials may be made to college fund that will be established for Jace and Lakota Everitt.

“Joe was a special addition to our Hanson family and a real sport on our vacations. He made everything more fun! He will be remembered for his kind and gentle nature. Joe, always, was willing to drive the boat around whenever the kids wanted to tube. His infectious smile will be remembered by my family, especially.
