She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Chadwick and Minnie Chadwick; her husband LeRoy Foster; and her son Richard Powell. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Aaron Powell (Kimberly), Star Michelle Raia, Mark R. Powell (Kim) and Robin Leann Schmidt; and her great grandchildren, Aaron M. Powell, Austin Powell, Amber Raia, Zachery Raia, Mark R. Powell, Maliki Powell and Brittany Powell. She is also survived by several great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
