With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cecil Ray Williams of Shirley, Indiana, born in Muncie, Indiana, who passed away on October 23, 2021 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Rev. Ellis and Rev. Cleo Williams. He is survived by : his wife Sharon Williams; his sons, Jerry Williams (Lisa) and Steven Williams (Debbie); his stepchildren, Scott Dickson, Tracy Johnson and Billie Gregory; and his brothers, Gaylon Williams (Donna) and Wendell Williams (Jean). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
