With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles E. Dye of Shirley, Indiana, born in Danville, Illinois, who passed away on June 15, 2020 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Dye and Evelyn Dye (Oesterly); and his sister Barbara Jean Michael of San Diego, CA.. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Dye (Marschke); his daughters, Lisa Sylvester of Indianapolis, Ellen Gilbert (Carl) of Indianapolis and Linda Dye (Robert Peters) of Monrovia, IN; his grandchildren, Breanna Gilbert, Shelby Cline (Matt), Sean McFadyen, Brady Sylvester, Nathan, Dawson and Grace Peters; his great grandchildren, Abram and Olive Cline; and his cousin Nancy Blue of Danville, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
