He was predeceased by : his parents, George Dye and Evelyn Dye (Oesterly); and his sister Barbara Jean Michael of San Diego, CA.. He is survived by : his wife Shirley Dye (Marschke); his daughters, Lisa Sylvester of Indianapolis, Ellen Gilbert (Carl) of Indianapolis and Linda Dye (Robert Peters) of Monrovia, IN; his grandchildren, Breanna Gilbert, Shelby Cline (Matt), Sean McFadyen, Brady Sylvester, Nathan, Dawson and Grace Peters; his great grandchildren, Abram and Olive Cline; and his cousin Nancy Blue of Danville, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
