He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest L. Baker and Louise Baker (Woods); and his son Shawn Baker. He is survived by: his wife Beth Ellen Everett; his son Jeffery Baker (Steph); his grandchildren, Bridgette McCauley (Blaine), Matt Baker, Cody Baker and Dylan Baker; his great grandchildren, Landen Baker, Harrison McCauley, Everly McCauley, Bentlee McCauley and Genevieve McCauley; his sister Pam Neff; and his niece Melissa Poulsen (Kyle).
Memorial contributions may be made in Eddie's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Shriners Hospital for Children, or Kokomo Humane Society.
