He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Miller and Irma Miller; his siblings, Robert Miller, Theodore Miller, Elsa King, Irma Herford and Mary Miller Dale; and his grandson Justin Russell.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Miller; and his children, Theresa Russell (Jim), Eric Miller (Melissa) and Andrew Miller. He is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
