He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald J. and Florence R. Willis Sr. (Miller); and his siblings, Kenny, Don Willis Jr., Velma Jean McDonald and Gladys Irene Willis.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Willis (Rushton) of Franklin; his children, Rosetta Casey (Mike) of New Castle, Dan Willis (Darlene) of Charlottesville and Ricci Willis (Jody) of Knightstown; his grandchildren, Rebekah Evans (Jared), Jamalyn Casey, Travis Willis and Kaylee Dague (Aaron); and his sister Viola Irwin. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
