He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester A. Sickafoose and Jessie Bell Sickafoose (Hidy); and his brothers, Roy, Kenneth and Walter Sickafoose.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Henning; and his sons, James H. Sickafoose (Doreen), Lynn A. Sickafoose (Jo) and Kirk A. Sickafoose (Becky). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
