He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Bullock; his parents, Howard M. Bullock and Helen L. Bullock (Bergdoll); and his siblings, Richard Bullock and Marjorie Selvey.

He is survived by: his children, Karen Vincent and Michael Bullock; his sister Beverly Jeffers (Don Romine); his grandsons, Justin L. Vincent and Eric A. Vincent; and his great grandchildren, Penny Vincent and Henry Vincent. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
