He is survived by: his wife Shirley Minnick (Driver) of Middletown; his sons, Brian Minnick of Middletown and John Minnick (Mindy) of Indianapolis; his grandchildren, Collin Minnick of Indianapolis and Sophie Minnick of Indianapolis; and his nephews, Patrick Hanes of Bonners Ferry, ID and Tony Hanes (Lynnette) of Indianapolis.
