He was predeceased by: his mother Mary; and his grandparents, William Ware and Ethel Ware. He is survived by: his spouse Virginia Lee Collins of New Castle; his nephew Uncle; his grandson Brendon Ware of Chicago, IL; his stepgranddaughter Erica Eason of Bloomington; his sons, Greg Ware of Mt Comfort and Brent Ware of Indianapolis; his sisters, Alberta Calland and Carolyn Grass; and his siblings-in-law, Beulah Maria Collins of Tallahassee and Luther Collins (Patty).
