She is survived by: her daughter Joy Forrest of Bloomington, IN; her husband Franklin Forrest; her sisters, Felicia of South Bend, Fhonda of South Bend, Fayonna Forrest of South Bend and Dorothy Ellis of South Bend; and her cousins, Marilyn Ivory-Easton, Jackie Moody, Patricia Fisher, Bobbi Day, Carlton Ivory and Sheldon Ivory. She is also survived by her extended family and friends.
