Alvera Walker Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alvera Walker of South Bend, Indiana, who passed away on August 7, 2020 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert John and Mary Ann Walker (LaFree); and her brother Lester Walker. She is survived by: her sister Janice M. Lawrence; her sister-in-law Vivian Walker (Edel) of South Bend; and her nieces and nephews, Mary Kay Dance (Steve), Gloria Moore, Diane Leyes, Patti Flood (Noret), Terry Walker and Albert Lawrence (Renee). She is also survived by fourteen great nieces and nephews; and twenty-two great-great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Alvera Walker can be mailed to Sacred Heart Church, 63568 U.S. 31 South, Lakeville, IN 46536 as she was a lifelong member of the church.
