He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Herczeg and Irene Herczeg (Borsodi); his siblings, Rosemary McColley (Dale), Elizabeth Molnar (John), Steve, Joe (Dorothy), James Herczeg and Carl Alasko; and his brother-in-law John Molnar.
He is survived by: his son Jay; his granddaughter Jessica of Edwardsburg, Mi.; his daughter Joy York (Michael); his grandchildren, Morgan of St. Charles and Haley of St. Charles; his brother Lewis Herczeg (Nancy); his sister-in-law Sheila (Jim); and his wife Nancy L. (Tharp). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
