She was predeceased by: her parents, Teddy Novak and Josephine Novak (Saydak); her husband Roger Jaquinde; and her sister Constance Moriello. She is survived by: her children, Denise Murphy (Mike) of Rochester, MN, William Jaquinde (Patricia Fuentes) of South Bend and Celeste Rogers (Michael) of South Bend; her grandchildren, Kristine Murphy, Matthew Murphy, Ryan Murphy, Jake Plemons and Will Jaquinde; and her great grandchildren, Carter Murphy, Elliana Schleifer, Theodore Murphy, Matilda Murphy and Hayden Plemons.
