She was predeceased by: her parents, Morris Crowder and Catherine Crowder (Hagen); and her siblings, Marie Seese, Ada Cessna, Marcia Reever, Jennie Barnaby, Lillian Reese, Frances Dillon, Claude and Paul Crowder.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patti Jo Wallis (Jerry) of South Bend and Sandra J. Wright (Dan) of South Bend; her grandchildren, Teresa Wright, Amanda Wallis and Ashley Wallis; and her great grandchild Roman Diaz.
Contributions in memory of Mrs. Mieleszewicz may be offered to Pentecostal Apostolic Church.
