With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Tacy (South Bend, Indiana), born in Niles, Michigan, who passed away on July 20, 2021 at the age of 55. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald H. Winter Sr. and Phyllis A. Winter; and her aunt Dolly. She is survived by: her daughter Nicole Winter; her sisters, Lynn Wisniewski (Ken) and Sherry Steiner; her grandchildren, Jane, Alex and Nora; her close friend Kathy; and her pet Poppy. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
