It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carey Branstetter-Warren of South Bend, Indiana, who passed away on September 12, 2021, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis Branstetter and Betty Groppe; her husband Stephen Warren; her brother Todd Branstetter; and her stepmother Sandy Branstetter.

She is survived by: her children, Mika Warren and Anthony Tibbitts-Warren; her grandson Stephen Rife; her brothers, Thomas Branstetter (Kathryn), Jeff Branstetter (Sarah Campbell) and Stephen Groppe (Kelly); and her stepfather Jim Gardner.

Carey began working at the Medical Foundation in 2005.
