He was predeceased by: his parents, Chizzie Whitaker and Evelyn Whitaker-Strootbandt (Borlik); his stepfather Armand Strootbandt; and his sister Joan Albaugh. He is survived by: his sister Eileen Weston of Granger, Ind.; and his sibling's children, Julie Gray (Jon) of Granger, Ron Albaugh (Ida) of Mishawaka, Charles Albaugh (Lisa) of Edwardsburg, Mich. and Robert Albaugh (Mary Ellen) of South Bend.
