It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carlos Moncada (South Bend, Indiana), who passed away on November 5, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his children, Kenia Alcantar, Omar Alcantar, Jorge Alcantar, Julian Alcantar, Alejandra Alcock and Eric James Macey. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; as well as a host of extended family members and friends.
