With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Jean Mayer of South Bend, Indiana, who passed away on November 24, 2021 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Leo Fabrowicz and Anne Marie Fabrowicz (Ostroski); her husband Michael J. Mayer; her children, Cynthia Dazell (Christopher) of South Bend, Indiana, Deborah Mayer of South Bend, Indiana and Jeffrey Mayer of South Bend, Indiana; her brothers, James Fabrowicz (Andrea) of LaPorte, Indiana and Richard Fabrowicz of LaPorte, Indiana; and her sister-in-law Sherry Mayer (Janice) of Gosport, Indiana.. She was also cherished by three nieces, one nephew and several great nieces and nephews.
