It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carole Cudahy of South Bend, Indiana, born in Elkhart, Indiana, who passed away on April 9, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Hosler and Mary Hosler (Goudy); and her siblings, Patricia Kauffman, Richard and Robert Hosler.
She is survived by: her husband Patrick J. Cudahy; and her brother Tom Hosler (Patricia) of Bristol. She is also survived by fourteen nieces and nephews and nineteen great nieces and great nephews.
