She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Rowe and Alice Rowe (Blough); her husband Clarence W. "Sackey" Ushela; her grandson Peter; her sisters, Mary Nelson, Barbara Macer and Kathryn Eley; Phil and Jack Rowe.
She is survived by: her children, Alice Ann Ushela of South Bend, Susan M. Ushela of South Bend, Charles W. Ushela (Pilar) of Lima and George A. Ushela of Sturgis, MI; and her grandchildren, Charlotte P. Ushela and Selene M. Ushela. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
