We are sad to announce that on May 8, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Carolyn Wantuch of South Bend, Indiana. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius J. Cako and Rose E. Cako (Miller); and her husband Daniel Richard Wantuch. She is survived by: her sons, Anthony (Sharon Wantuch) of Granger and Brian Wantuch of South Bend; her grandchildren, Michelle (Max Jeffrey) of Mishawaka and Daniel Wantuch of Granger; and her great grandchild Josephine Jeffrey. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and, nephews.

Memorial contributions may be directed to the donor's choice in Carolyn's memory.
