With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Holmes Jr. of South Bend, Indiana, who passed away on July 15, 2021 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Holmes (Kowatch) and Charles E. Holmes; his wife Thelma I. Fetterer; and his sister Beverly Wilfert. He is survived by: his sons, Charles E. Holmes III (Sheila) of South Bend and Patrick S. Holmes of South Bend; his granddaughters, Pauline Beal (Brian) of South Bend and Jennifer King (Justin) of Corpus Christi, TX; his great grandchildren, Christian Beal, Jonathan and Jay King; and his siblings, Judy Spromberg (Larry) of South Bend and John Holmes (Joyce) of South Bend.
