She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester M. Everly and Ethel Maurine Everly (Urbin); and her siblings, Charlene Rosheck, Bobby and RayGene Everly.

She is survived by: her husband Donald Horvath; her children, Kelly Pickens (John) of Mishawaka, Doug Horvath (Christan) of Granger and Bridget Malling of Mishawaka; her grandchildren, Kaleigh (Josh), Bobby, Sarah, Addie, Filomena, Jack, Chloe and Quinn; her great grandchildren, Nevaeh and Arabella; and her brother Kent Everly (Karen).
