She is survived by: her children, Ashley Gyuriak (Joshua Banfield) of Fort Wayne, Areca Shaw (Bradley), Aaron Gyuriak of Osceola and Brittany Baker (Lloyd) of Elkhart; her former husband Thomas Gyuriak, Jr.; her grandchildren, Kiya Gyuriak of Fort Wayne, John, Travis, Briella, Bradley, Jr., Auggie, Rhyder, Daisy of Osceola, Zayla of South Bend and Quentin; and her siblings, Mikey Wiggins, Lisa Wiggins and Christy Wiggins.
