He is survived by: his parents, Herbert Stearns and Margaret Joan Stearns (O'Connor); his wife Shelaigh Stearns (Giles); his children, Paul Stearns (Michelle), Amie Spellman (Jason), Christopher Stearns (Elissa) and Matthew Stearns (Katelin); his grandchildren, Lyla Elrod, Kaylin, Christopher, Elene, Hannah, Alexa, Sarah and Guinevere Stearns; and his siblings, Michael Stearns and Patricia Gilmore (Gregory).
